Gemma was appointed Chief Government & Public Affairs Officer of Crown Resorts in September 2024, bringing deep expertise in strategic public policy, integrated advocacy, and reputation management. Jorge is a seasoned executive who has a strong passion for the service industry and elevating the guest experience to drive positive business outcomes. Throughout his career, Ken has built a reputation for operational excellence, strategic growth and delivering elevated guest experiences. His extensive leadership experience also includes roles with Caesars Entertainment and Rush Street Gaming, providing him with deep industry knowledge across various gaming jurisdictions. In this role, he spearheaded the development and execution of business strategies, while also championing people and culture initiatives and enhancing guest experience excellence, while preparing the property for a transformation into a fully integrated resort.

David Tsai commenced as Crown Resorts CEO in October 2024 and brings almost two decades of integrated resorts experience to Crown.
